Please read these Terms carefully before engaging any Swayam Care service. By booking a session or consultation, you agree to these Terms in full.

About Swayam Care
Swayam Care is a holistic wellness platform founded and operated by Harsh Poonia, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We facilitate expert-led wellness programs comprising yoga, psychology counseling, and Ayurvedic consultations for individual and corporate clients.
Swayam Care operates as a coordination and facilitation service. Individual wellness sessions are delivered by independent certified experts who collaborate with Swayam Care under formal agreements.

Services Provided
Swayam Care offers the following programs:
- Physical Vitality — Personalized yoga sessions conducted by a certified MA Yoga Science expert.
- Mental Harmony — Private counseling sessions with an MSc Psychologist. Strictly confidential.
- Internal Healing — Ayurvedic consultation, Prakriti analysis, and lifestyle guidance by a BAMS-qualified doctor.
- Complete Wellness — A coordinated monthly program combining all three services.
- Corporate & Society Programs — Group wellness programs for organizations and residential communities.
Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or in person at the client's home or specified location within Gurgaon and Delhi NCR, subject to availability.

Bookings & Payments
Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of ₹499 is applicable for all new clients. This is non-refundable and confirms your intent to begin a program.
Advance Payment: A 50% advance of the monthly package fee is required before the first session is scheduled. The remaining 50% is due on or before the first session of each month.
Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay payment link. Receipts will be provided via WhatsApp or email upon request.
Prices: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to revision with 30 days' prior notice to active clients.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule any session free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Less than 24 hours notice: The session will be treated as completed and will be deducted from your monthly quota. No refund or makeup session will be provided.
- No-show: If you do not attend a session without prior notice, the session is forfeited. No exceptions.
- Expert cancellation: If a session is cancelled by our expert, a free makeup session will be provided within the same billing period.
- Genuine emergencies: Documented emergencies (hospitalization, bereavement) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Swayam Care's sole discretion.

Refund Policy
Swayam Care follows a partial refund policy:
- If you wish to discontinue before the first session, 100% of the advance (excluding registration fee) will be refunded within 7 business days.
- After the first session has been conducted, no refunds are applicable for completed sessions. Unused sessions within the paid month may be carried forward by mutual agreement.
- Registration fees (₹499) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Corporate and society programs: Refund terms are as specified in the individual service agreement.

Health Disclaimer
Swayam Care wellness programs are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your physician before beginning any wellness program.
Our yoga expert, psychologist, and Ayurvedic doctor provide wellness guidance within their respective scopes of practice. Any medical prescriptions or clinical diagnoses remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professional providing them.
Swayam Care shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or health outcome arising from or related to participation in our programs, provided our experts have exercised reasonable professional care.

Confidentiality
All client information, health data, personal disclosures, and session details are treated as strictly confidential. Swayam Care and all collaborating experts are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
Client information will never be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by applicable Indian law.
Psychology sessions carry an additional layer of professional confidentiality under ethical standards of psychological practice in India.

Expert Independence
Yoga trainers, psychologists, and Ayurvedic doctors working with Swayam Care are independent certified professionals, not employees of Swayam Care. Swayam Care coordinates, quality-monitors, and facilitates their services under formal collaboration agreements.
Swayam Care ensures all collaborating experts hold valid credentials and maintain professional standards. However, individual professional conduct and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the respective expert.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Swayam Care website, including program names, design, reports, diet plans, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Swayam Care. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
"Swayam Care" and "Invest in Yourself" are brand identifiers of Swayam Care and may not be used without authorization.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana.
